Director Jim Younger , AIA, has assessed the current baseline conditions across the state and developed a vocabulary to equip the organization with tools to eliminate deferred maintenance. Deferred maintenance can be inherited with a property or result from stressed stewardship practices. The objective of this department is to assess the health of the built environment and provide strategies to replace deferred maintenance with predictable scheduled renewal. Initial assessment indicates that The Trustees have roughly half a million square feet across the state.
